At DJ International Moan, we take pride in providing high-quality entertainment and professional services. Due to the nature of our work, time and resources are reserved exclusively for each client. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit reserves your event date and ensures scheduling and preparation.

Final payments must be received by the agreed-upon due date stated in your service agreement or invoice.
Cancellations by the Client
If you need to cancel your event:

Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation reason.

If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled event, no refund will be issued for any payments made.

Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit), depending on the circumstances and expenses incurred.
Cancellations by DJ International Moan
In the rare event that DJ International Moan must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency):

Clients will be notified immediately.

A full refund, including the deposit, will be issued.

We will make every effort to offer a replacement DJ from our network, but this is not guaranteed.
Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Clients may request to reschedule their event.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

Deposits may be transferred to the new date once, at no additional charge. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
No Shows & Late Arrival

If DJ Moan arrives late due to client-caused delays (e.g., lack of access, incomplete setup), performance time may be reduced with no refund.

If the client fails to appear or cancels at the last minute, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
